  14. Can anyone suggest the best way for a view to react when, because it has been
  15. scrolled by someone, the visible area of the view has been changed?

  17. I've got a view in a scroller and I want to do something when new portions of
  18. it are scrolled in. I want the view to figure this out, not the scroller.
